Maris Grove Celebrates Anniversary Club Members

Maris Grove, an Erickson Senior Living community in Glen Mills, Pa., celebrated its 5, 10, 15, and 20-year service award recipients at a ceremony and luncheon on campus on April 7. "Celebrating 54 people with combined service to Maris Grove of 450 years is remarkable," said Executive Director Maureen Heckler. "Each of these employees has served our mission of sharing their gifts to create a community that celebrates life. We are grateful for their service, passion, and compassion for the residents and colleagues." More than 60 people attended the festive staff appreciation event. Maris Grove recognized 32 employees of the five-year milestone, ten employees of the ten-year milestone, 11 employees of the 15-year milestone, and one employee of the 20-year milestone. "Supporting and retaining outstanding team members is essential to creating a community that has exceptional service and provides the best retirement lifestyle to residents," said Heckler. Each honoree received a certificate and recognition plaque at the ceremony and enjoyed a catered luncheon in the community's restaurant after the event. In addition, they received a monetary award on the date of their service anniversary.
