Silver Alert: 74-Year-Old Man Goes Missing From Santa Rosa

SANTA ROSA, CA — The California Highway Patrol activated a Silver Alert for a man reported missing Wednesday from Santa Rosa. Patrick Orr, 75, went missing around 6 a.m. Wednesday when he walked away from a residence in the 1500 block of Herbert Street in Santa Rosa, authorities said. "Mr. Orr may be confused and unable to communicate due to a cognitive disability and being deaf," the Santa Rosa Police Department said. "Mr. Orr was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and possibly a diaper." Orr has gray hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. Police asked area residents to check their properties and vehicles in case Orr was seeking shelter from the cold. Anyone who sees Orr or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
