Penny is a 6 year old female Yorkie. She is spayed and has also been microchipped. She is about 6 lbs and is brown and black. She went missing from the 11th and N. Broom block of Wilmington on 4/12 @ 3PM. Do not chase if you see her. Please call with sightings.
