Pedestrian Hit Along I-75 In Marietta: Report

Description

MARIETTA, GA — A person has been hit in the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 near Windy Hill Road around 8 a.m. on Tuesday morning. Lanes of I-75 were blocked for the investigation. According to 11Alive, a Cobb Police spokesperson said while the injuries are not being released, this was not a fatality. The person was taken to Kennestone Hospital and is listed in critical condition. It is still unknown why the person was in the road. Patch will update this as more details become available.
