Here are the top three stories today in Atlanta: The Atlanta Police Department is asking the community to help search for a missing 12-year-old girl. Jeneva Foggie was last seen in the 1500 block of Venetian Drive in southwest Atlanta around 6:00 p.m. on Apr. 12. The department is asking anyone with information to contact them immediately or to reach out to SVU investigators. (CBS 46 News)Atlanta college students will not see a tuition hike after the University System of Georgia's Board of Regents voted to not raise tuition. The vote will affect 25 of the board's 26 academic institutions during the 2022-2023 school year. The only institution not included in the vote is Middle Georgia State University.
