A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CARPENTRY FOREMAN In this construction management job, you oversee our operations and assist with the quality completion of commercial projects by finishing carpentry work, managing a crew, and performing admin work. Utilizing your experience and leadership, you delegate work, help with any other tasks as needed, and ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations. You also make work schedules and monitor attendance so that the manpower and resources are adequate for each project. Energetic, motivated, and reliable, you lead others in a professional manner and perform meticulous workmanship. You enjoy mentoring others and helping our team complete quality projects in a timely manner! QUALIFICATIONS In-depth knowledge about construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines At least 1 year of experience in construction Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints Willingness to undergo a drug screening upon hire A high school diploma OR a degree in a skilled trade would be preferred.
