A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN In this construction management job, you oversee our operations and assist with the quality completion of commercial projects by managing a crew and performing admin work. Utilizing your experience and leadership, you delegate duties, ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations, and help with any other tasks as needed. You also create work schedules and monitor attendance so that the manpower and resources are adequate for each project. Optimistic, motivated, and reliable, you lead others in a professional manner and resolve issues while maintaining a positive attitude. You enjoy mentoring others and helping our team complete quality projects in a timely manner! QUALIFICATIONS In-depth knowledge about building procedures, equipment, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines At least 1 year of industry experience Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints Willingness to undergo a drug screening upon hire A high school diploma OR a degree in a skilled trade would be preferred but is not required.
