Commercial Cleaning – Part-Time evening work in Waukee. Office cleaning - Work can be started between the hours of 6 and 8pm (flexible).The days of week are Monday thru Friday (Friday's cleaning can be done anytime over the weekend). Willing to hire a team of 2-3 people, open to discussion. Job duties include: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restocking of restrooms, disinfecting restrooms, etc. Lifting to 40lbs is an occasional function of this job. Experience is preferred. Pay: Based on experience We are looking for employees that are: 1. Self-motivate 2. Hard working and dependable 3. Detail oriented 4. Time conscience 5. Able to set and clear alarm systems 6. Able to work alone in the evening hours 7. Quick to learn and adapt to changes 8. Work in a professional manor 9.
