Description
Full-Time Manager position (7am-5pm, Monday-Friday) available for EXPERIENCED MANAGER POSITION (minimum 5 years) / Maintenance HANDYMAN / Working Supervisor.
Required:
- 5+ years in management position
- knowledge of avocado farming
- Irrigation systems
- Fertilization
- sprinkler system
- Landscape/ yard maintenance experience
- Mechanical knowledge
- handyman skills
Bonus but not required:
- Heavy equipment (backhoe/bulldozer) operator
- Construction skills
- USDA Applicator's license for pesticides and fertilizers
Honest, Organized, Hard Working, Motivated, Self-Starter, Dependable, loyal, Good Work Ethic and Attitude. Must have clean CDL.
Work truck provided during work hours. Housing NOT provided.
