Drummer looking to jam

Description

Drummer here. 39 years old. Took lessons and played for a handful of years as a teenager. Was in a few bands, but never played out much. Have been playing again and jamming with people for the last couple of years. Not a beginner, but far from being a seasoned pro. Just looking for people to jam with, further my playing, and have some fun making music. Not necessarily looking to "start a band", though if that accidentally occurs organically, then i'm good with it. Laid back and open minded here. Experience/age/background/favorite color jellybean is really not too much of a concern for me. Eager to learn from the more experienced as well as willing to offer some jamming experience to those who haven't had it. We all get better when we play with other people. I currently have a small electronic kit (w/ 100w bass amp), djembe and misc percussion. Also have a bass I have been noodling with for a few years and have begun to commit to learn more. Interested in: Funk, classic rock n' roll, boogie woogie, rockabilly/surf, joke music (dr. Hook, weird al etc.), garbage percussion, jazz, thrash metal, folk, acid rock, doo wop, industrial, big band, classic rock, noise, classical, experimental, world percussion and world music, lots more. Especially just enjoy trying and learning something different. Anything with feeling or soul. Not so interested in: Rock ballads, endless 2/4 drum beats, the same 10 cover songs you hear every band play, death metal, techno, moody whiny music, refusing to play anything but classic rock, egos, drama, getting up early. Anyway, hit me up for a low stress, no pressure jam.
