Looking for a fellow media producer, songwriter, and/or engineer to share my private studio within the DTLA Arts District. I’m a video producer by day and musician/songwriter by night so I built the studio out to be versatile for all of these needs. Functions as a recording studio, rehearsal room, content studio for photos/video/live-streaming, live sessions, podcasts, and more. I only use the studio part-time so looking for someone to ideally share the space with the other days of the week. $1,000/month and you’d have it for 24-30+ hours a week depending on how our schedules line up but I’m super flexible. The building has 24-hour access, so be there as long as you like! Willing to work out a reduced rate if you need it for less time per week/month. Also open to a reduced rate for producers open to working together on my personal projects. The room is approximately 500sf and acoustically treated from top to bottom. Vibed out with fully customizable cloud lighting and RGB video light panels for filming. Lots of great gear (vintage and modern) that is fully up for use. Feel free to bring your own if it adds to the space! I’m constantly adding more and will be installing a floor-to-ceiling motorized seamless photo backdrop in the coming week. Also have a mini-fridge, microwave, snack & coffee bar inside. Please send me a brief message about what you do and what you would like to use the space for along with any questions you have.
