Need large Ash Tree removed

I have a large ash tree that is dying that I need to have taken down in North Minneapolis. The tree is in between two large (two story) duplexes with large branches going over each duplex. I was told by an experienced person who is a tree climber, that we would need someone to rent a boom and take it down that way. Looking for someone to do that for us. The address is 709 Oliver ave N Mpls and the tree is on the north side of the building about halfway back to the alley. The city has marked it with spray paint, easy to know which one needs to come down. Looking for bids to remove the tree and leave a short stump only. We want it done now. Pictures don’t do justice, you will need to see it. If it was not for those two large branches it would be easy to drop piece by piece with a climbing tree cutter. would like tree gone in the next week or two.
