trailer clearance/running lights not working

I just brought this trailer a week ago. The lights were working but after we installed d-rings, etc on the interior walls now the lights aren't working. I know we moved a little bit of wiring around so it wouldn't be behind the plywood walls. The brake lights and blinkers weren't working either but somehow we got those working. I'm sure somebody who knows what they're doing can get these working pretty quickly. I'm at the Walmart where it shows on the map. Parked it here temporarily right before it got dark so I can l get these lights working. And once they're working maybe we could put a couple temporary lights up where I know some bulbs are out just so I can get it back to dallas. I've ordered a full light kit for it but it's going to be a few days before it gets to my house.
