Pacesetter Personnel Services is looking for 2 reliable and trustworthy Labor Staffing Dispatchers to join our team in South Austin. AM Dispatcher Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1pm with rotating weekend hours as needed for events. PM Dispatcher Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-6pm with rotating weekend hours as needed for events. Schedule Flexibility is a must. These are full time, permanent positions. Responsibilities: Handing out job tickets End of day ticket pay out Attention to detail to watch for forgeries Coordinate with van drivers to schedule job site staff drop off and pick up Answer phones and respond to emails. Enter new applicants into company software Because we pay our workers daily we attract people who are often homeless or living in shelters near by. The ideal candidates for these positions have experience working with homeless or have the ability to be both assertive and kind and can diffuse situations without loosing their patience. Skills Needed To Be Successful In This Position: Customer service oriented with the ability to diffuse difficult situations Ability to multi-task Strong personality with the ability to work with a very diverse population such as low income, homeless and others Some basic computer experience is a must Additional Requirements: Must be able to work a schedule that includes alternating weekends if needed Must have a clean background check Must pass a drug test Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
