We are looking for qualified flooring Sub Contractors!!. Must have minimum 2 years exp, must have all tools needed to do the job, general liability insurance, vehicle insurance, drivers license. We are also looking for in house qualified lead tech's and experienced helpers. Leads must have a minimum 2 years experience. Please only reply if you are qualified in these specific trades. -Hardwood Install: Unfinished 3/4" nail down, pre finished, engineered hardwoods. -Hardwood staircase installation, sand/stain/finish. -Base & Trim installation. -Hardwood Sand/Stain/Finish: Custom stain colors and oil & water base finishes. -Luxury Vinyl Planking / Luxury Vinyl Tile -Full spread glue installations & Floor leveling application -Tile work: Floors, showers, back splashes, niches, hanging wall board, plumbing, fire places etc. Must have professional appearance and no drug and alcohol issues.
