Maintenance technician position available, full time, $15.00 per hour.
Experience on the job preferred, but can train the right applicant. Reliable transportation a must.
The job includes doing general repair work on equipment or property, rehab work, portering helpful, cleaning all common areas, need to be able to lift 70 lbs.
