$2500 retention bonus after 180 days!!! Now hiring Pallet Repair Builders on all shifts! Positions start at $20/hour with a bump after 90 days to $22/hour. After 12 weeks employees can make $30/hour based on performance metrics!!! Shifts Available: 2nd – 4:00PM to 12:00AM 3rd – 11:30PM to 7:00AM Description: Employees will be working to repair pallets that are coming in from the field. Pallets are picked up from different store locations and are brought into the facility. They are then entered into a sorting machine and sent down the line to the repair team. At the repaid station, employees will review pallet to make the necessary repairs utilizing hand and power tools. The pallets weigh up to 50-75lbs and you will be expected to lift regularly throughout the day. Skills & Qualifications: • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day • Ability to lift up 75lbs • Open to working OT • Interest in advancement with company • Experience with hand tools/power tools including hammers, nail gun, flat bar, and Sawzall
