Description

Purpose of position: Customer service and project management of fulfillment kitting Responsibilities: • Receive customers PO and match PO to Apollo quotes • Verify shipping method, project ship dates, material receipts • Verify components of each kit • Verify packing component specifications • Notify customer of receipt of materials and any discrepancies • All receipts must be hand counted unless printed material • Email contact with customers • Specify job specifications to process projects in Data, Production and Shipping • Scan project samples to customers for production approval • Verify handwork set-up and routinely verify that kits are being packed properly • Notify customer of status of shipment • Provide shipping tracking to customers • Notify customers of overs status • Coordinate overs shipments or pick-up • Maintain customer project files • Completed projects paperwork returned to Accounting or President for customer invoicing • Help in other areas as assigned – may be required to pack kits, assist in production or data as needed
