I'm looking to have my own small rehearsal/recording studio. At a commercial property. Ideally 400-800 sq ft for my portion of it, though that's flexible depending on rental costs. Maybe you have a warehouse with some available space? Perhaps you're willing to provide your location to a reputable tenant who will pay on-time and has a great credit & rental history. Maybe you're like me and you want to turn your hobby into a business. If so, let's lease a commercial building and split it 50/50! We can do a buildout and each have our own locked areas as well as a common area. We divide the payments 50/50. You must have good credit and be willing to be on the lease! I'm looking to stay close to HWY 8 and no further East than La Mesa. About me: in my 30s, play rock music mainly. I'm planning on soundproofing as much as possible, also depending on what the landlord will allow. I've previously soundproofed the walls and ceiling in my last garage, so I'm aware of what goes into it.
