Looking for producer/collaboration

I'm a singer/rapper/guitarist looking for more than a recording engineer or studio. I'm looking for a partner. Think: Dr. Dre & Eminem, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, 40 & Drake, Rick Rubin & The Beastie Boys, Sigfried & Roy, Pippen & Jordan, Belichick & Brady, etc. Help with song finalizing, recording, and extra instrumentation. I can play guitar, write songs, and sing/rap. I wen to school for audio engineering. I know the recording process, I know how to mix from start to finish. I have a business plan. I have a vision. I know what I want to achieve and how to do it. All I need is an extra set of hands/ears, and that "X Factor" (cheesy af I know). I need wheels for my V8 engine. Frame for my canvas. Development room for my film of perfect pictures. I don't have the cash to pay-per-session, it's the long game I'm interested in. Copyright even-splits, live performances, merch, etc. I'm legitimately looking for a creative "other half." I don't really like the demos on my soundcloud, but I'll send you the link if you ask. The sound is indie/rap.
