We are looking to adding a Multi-Site Salon Suite Property and Facility Maintenance Team Member to our growing team! LOCATIONS: Perform work at several locations of Phenix Salon Suites: 13610 N Scottsdale Rd Suite 15, Scottsdale AZ; 4716 E Thunderbird Rd, Phoenix AZ; 1855 S Country Club Dr #111, Mesa AZ, 15262 N 75th Ave #400, Peoria, AZ WORK HOURS: Part-time contract work (20-25 hours per week) flexible schedules required and include weekends and holidays. Typical shifts fall between 3pm and 8pm Monday through Saturday, with some after hours on-call duties as needed. Part-Time: Independent Contractor Job duties include: · Oversee property and facility maintenance and operation of 4 locations · Overseeing move-in’s and move-outs · Overseeing cleaning crew performance · Ensuring supplies are distributed to locations · Inspecting properties · Light property maintenance including touchup-painting, preparing suite for turnover, minor repairs, maintenance, painting, as needed (training provided)· · Keeping ownership apprised of any issues at properties · Representing ownership at all times.
