LEAD Cleaning Manager

Must be willing to drive for work to different job sites every day! We are looking for a lead cleaner who can go to clean with our current staff teach them train them and also fill in whenever someone calls out sick or no shows. Looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, is a self starter, knows the cleaning industry well. Would love someone who can do a once a week nights or weekends type of cleaning but it's not a requirement. Typical schedule could be 8 or 9am to 4pm or 5pm Flexibility is our NUMBER ONE requirement we are a new company and learning a lot so we need someone who can grow with us. We really are looking for a growth mindset, accountability and timeliness. BILINGUAL is preferred but not required.
