Innovative Installations is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a commercial kitchen equipment installer. Innovative Installations is the leading kitchen equipment installation company in the southwest. Innovative Installations has been in business in Arizona for 18 years. We have built our business integrity, quality, and customer relationships. Innovative is currently looking for qualified candidates to join our team of installers. Positions are for immediate start for full time permanent employment. Schedule is Monday – Friday (hours vary) position with occasional overtime available. The job will require a candidate with a can-do attitude. Selected candidate should excel at taking direction and following through on requested tasks. Helper will be assisting the Lead Installer on installations of our equipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with heights, have a basic working knowledge of tools and commercial construction. The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an outdoor/job site environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently installing commercial kitchen equipment to company standards. Qualifications: • Ability to work independently and with a team • ON TIME performance • Strong appetite for learning and professional development • Knowledge of construction methods and practices • Familiarity with common hand and power tools • Willingness to travel up to 25% (most work is in the greater Phoenix area, but occasional out of state travel, & other parts of AZ, may occur) • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds; frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds • Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. General Job Duties & Requirements: • Help Install Commercial Kitchen Equipment • Multi-task with patience and diligence • Provide & maintain a clean driving record • Safety awareness & compliance • All other duties as assigned • Unload delivery trucks • Unpackage and assemble materials Minimum Requirements: • At least 18 years of age or older • Must have valid AZ Driver’s License • Must be able to pass a drug test • Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day • Must have verifiable references • Must be able to pass criminal background check
