About This Job: Impact ECO, a trailblazing recycler and full-service junk removal company is looking for intelligent, hard-working individuals to join their team. The position of Field Specialist and Navigator involves customer service, physical prowess, and attention to detail. Experience with moving, logistics, construction, or skilled labor is requested but not required. Impact serves all of San Diego County and operates seven days a week. Competitive pay, ample time for training and seat-time, and immediate opportunities for growth (even franchise ownership) are all perks of this position. Previous experience is not required. Job Requirements: • Applicant must be able to commit to 40 hours of work a week (minimum). Weekend work is available. • Job requires protective safety gear (including steel-toed boots) that applicant may have to provide for themselves. • Heavy lifting, upwards of 70 lbs. individually or 200 lbs. (team) may be required during this job. • Consistent transportation to and from work by 7:00am is a must! • Bilingual abilities are encouraged but not required. About Impact: We are a full service junk removal company that recycles 80% of what we collect. We can always use applicants with industrious backgrounds (athletes welcome) who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty, or business-savvy individuals who are looking to expand their knowledge with a company who has a cutting-edge vision.
