Looking for a skill maintenance worker familiar with basic fixes & repairs: drywall, hanging curtains, plumbing, electric, AC repairs Etc. Able to asses the task, collect the materials and execute the repair to completion.
The tasks will change every day, looking for someone who is flexible. I have 5 rental properties, 5 residential properties and 4 commercial businesses around the LA area. Must have transportation and own tools. Will provide access to our specialty tools for specific job. Averaging 20-30 hours a week, potentially more depending on skill level. Some flexibility on hours. Weekend available when necessary. Able to lift and carry heavy materials.
Hourly compensation. $17-25, TBD on skill level.
