Currently looking for a Landscaper to fill an immediate opening in the San Fernando Valley. The ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of experience as a Landscaper. Responsibilities of the Landscaper ● Gather and remove litter. ● Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedges or brush trimmers, or axes. ● Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. ● Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans. ● Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws. Requirements of the Landscaper ● 1+ years of related experience ● Must have knowledge of Lawns and landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc. ● Flower planting, weed abatement skills ● Knowledge of trees and their care, ● Proper planting and trimming of plants are essential; proper care of equipment and all tools ● Basic irrigation ● Good work ethic and the ability to work well with the crew - a team player ● Must be willing to work outside (in direct sunlight and extreme temperatures) ● Must have Reliable Transportation; (able to reach job sites within one hour of being assigned, and 10 minutes prior to start time) ● Must have acceptable work eligibility documentation, for I-9 E-Verify (Please bring your work eligibility documentation when applying) Compensation for the Landscaper: • Daily/Weekly Pay: $18 per hour Schedule for the Landscaper: • Monday through Friday – 32-40 hours a week If you are a highly motivated individual and meet the requirements for this position, we would like you to come in to apply.
