Hello! My lawn sucks. It is mostly weeds, lumpy and rocky and I'm tired of spending money for mowing and mower repairs to maintain it as ugly as it is. I want to till it under, and do a garden/garden patches, etc. Per the assessment records, the lot is 4,800 sq. ft, and the house is 888 sq. ft. 3,912 sq ft left of awful turf. Please send me an estimate. I have limited resources and might have to do it in segments, front yard first, then back, depending on cost.
