Description

The driver/warehouse person must safely and accurately pull orders according to the customers’ paperwork and place the order in the correct location for pickup and/or delivery in a timely manner. In addition, this person will drive a truck (Ford F350 or Ford F550) to make deliveries on an as needed basis. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Ability to read and understand packing slip orders daily • Operate a forklift • Place steel sheets on skids for packaging and shipping • Locate correct material and move to appropriate area for shipping or customer pick-up • Assist with loading trucks • Band and un-band material on skids • Assist other employees as needed • Perform other duties as assigned JOB ESSENTIALS/ ATTRIBUTES: • Self-starter, gets involved quickly, takes on difficult tasks with enthusiasm. • Maintains high activity/productivity level, and can work well under pressure. • Communicates well with customers and co-workers.
