College educated nanny with over 17 years experience from newborn to 13 years seeking a full time long term live in or out position. During my years of experience as a nanny I have come to learn that every child is different and every behavior is an indication to a need that the child is communicating and it is important as a care-giver to emotionally connect to understand what the child is trying to communicate.
