rehoming female guinea pig

was given a neglected guinea pig from a friend who passed and can’t provide proper care for her, was told around 2 years old maybe 3 and has been without a fellow furry companion, is very friendly and loving with people but can be timid !! don’t have the resources to bring to her to the vet/shelter myself rehoming fee of 40$ just to make sure she’s going to a safe home that will have time for her and will come with the cage i was given for her (dirty but still usable if needed) a 1/2 gallon water bottle, and box of hay free
