Krav Maga (קרב מגע) is a self-defense system developed and used in Israel that involves quick counter attack, open handed weapon removal and striking techniques. Krav Maga is mostly known for its extreme - efficient - brutal counter attacks. Our class is very intense; but informative. One class will give you basic skills to heighten your ability.
This is an excellent way to bully proof your child’s life giving them confidence and situational awareness.
Instructor is an expert in training Military and foreign police, Military Special Operations (US Army and Air Force) and Civilian Operations including Civilian tactical operations.
