Trading 600sqf art studio for Studio Manager service 4 h/week

Hi, I am looking to trade a space of 600 sq feet in exchange of a studio manager service of 1 to 4 hours per week. I am a textile designer and my studio is based in Bayview San Francisco. It’s a 1200 sq feet studio, half of it is for my business the other part is for photoshoots or special projects. There is high ceiling, wood floor, blank walls and it’s very bright. I am leaving for 2 months mid- June and I am looking for a responsible, detailed oriented and trustworthy person who could be my studio manager once a week for 1 to 4 hours max. In exchange, this person could use the space for a specific project every day of the week. Regarding the 1 to 4 hours of work: The person would have to pack all the orders, and be able to ship it at the different posts offices that are not too far from the studio. This person needs a car, as we do Home Décor and Clothing, so some boxes need to be shipped. This person needs to be able to lift, boxes. This person needs to do the studio manager tasks at a specific day and time that we’ll fix together. Ideally has an experience in retail already. If you love fashion and are detailed oriented it’s a real plus. You know how to use a computer and a printer. I need someone starting from Mid June until Mid-August. We can start beginning of June and do it a 3 months instead of 2 and eventually more. Responsible students are welcome. Regarding the use of the 600 sq feet, I’m open to any project that you might have, as long as it respect the space, the neighbors.
