GREENWICH, CT — A Cos Cob resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Greenwich last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. Louis Ceci won $50,000 Friday after playing a "Powerball" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Greenwich Ventures LLC, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
