Job description The Production Manager is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise's profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 90% Printing and Production (including measuring, finishing and some installations) 10% Miscellaneous (i.e., studio upkeep and deliveries) Core Functions: Assist in the printing and production of client orders Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make the graphics print-ready Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators and plotters Candidate Requirements: Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills Team player Focus on quality assurance (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio) Superior time management focus in order to achieve efficiencies and meet strict deadlines Customer-service oriented Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidates will also possess: 1 year of designing/working with graphics and templates Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
