Press release from Greenwich Public Schools: Nov. 2, 2020 To help those less fortunate in our community, the GHS Roots & Shoots Club, GHS Neighbor toNeighbor Club, and GHS Assistant Deans, have set a goal to raise $10,000 to provide Thanksgivingmeals to over 100 families in our Greenwich community. Through our continued partnership with the Greenwich Social Services Holiday Aide program, thisyear's 10th annual Thanksgiving Food Drive will be a VIRTUAL EVENT and will run from October30th through November 15th. Please consider making a monetary donation by clicking this link to our MYSCHOOLBUCKS onlinefundraising site. If you are looking to make a monetary donation that is not online and would like a letter ofcontribution, please make checks available to the "Greenwich High School (GHS)" and in thememo line, please write "Thanksgiving Fundraiser." Checks can be delivered to Ms. Foster inStudent Activities. Student Activities can also accept credit cards for donations. Please note: Non-perishable items CANNOT be accepted at GHS this year due to COVID-19 restrictions. Looking to donate items? See the note below. FOOD DONATIONS - Drop off at Neighbor to Neighbor Any physical food donations can be dropped off directly at or local Neighbor to Neighbor Food Pantry @ 248 E.
