Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy problem solving? We are recruiting for several maintenance technicians (and maintenance positions) for a variety of companies! Shift: Monday through Friday; Fulltime - Long Term Day shifts available! Rate of Pay: $17-$23 – DoE – Welding Experience a plus! Job Summary: You will be responsible for maintaining the company property in a safe, attractive, and comfortable state. Some of the different Job Responsibilities include: • Maintain property exterior daily. Coordinate repairs, move-ins, move-outs, and equipment repair with Property Manager. • Regularly inspect all common area lighting, sprinkler systems, fire prevention systems and fire extinguishers as required. Establish and follow a program of preventive maintenance on the property. • Snow removal and de-icing of common areas including the availability of being "on call" for after hours, weekends and holiday emergencies. • Trash pick-up, unloading products and delivering them into units, light maintenance in the apartments (tightening bolts, unclogging a sink etc) some painting. As assigned, may perform other relevant duties assigned by Property Manager. Job Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • Previous maintenance or janitorial experience • Previous experience in one or more building repair areas: plumbing, drywall, electrical, HVAC, etc a plus! • Valid driver’s license • Some positions require a successful pass of background check • Frequently lift up-to 50 pounds (100 pounds assisted) • Exposure to low and high temperatures About us: Express Employment Pros can help you find the type of job that is a suitable fit for your needs and abilities, and you'll never pay a fee for our services and support!
