Hi there. We are going to lose our long term current space due to a home sale. We are a mature quintet that plays classic R&B, Rock and Blues material. We are seeking a secure/heated space. Although we are looking for our own space, ideally, we would like to share with another band (which we have done) for weekly rehearsals. We rehearse Monday or Tuesday afternoons, and very occasionally maybe another weeknight early evening when needed. Our rehearsals tend to run 2 to 3 hours. We are responsible, respectful, clean, don't pay at ear-splitting levels and we're willing to work out any reasonable arrangement. We have a practice PA, drum set, mics and some amps/stands that we would either leave or share. We want to stay within a 15 minute travel time from the city center.
