GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in town, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Tuesday, Sheila Phelan of Cos Cob won $10,000 playing a "$100,000 CASHWORD 10" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Greenwich Bp in Old Greenwich.
