I found a black lab mix. It's a male. Rockwell and Wilshire. Call to identify collar and tags, otherwise he won't be released to you. I tried calling the Home Again number since he's got a Home Again tag but he wasn't ever registered so I've called the shelter to come get him due to me having a large pitbull and 2 cats and can't hold onto him.
