Mason or concrete expert needed for 1 day job

I hired a guy to pour a concrete retaining wall and the top is wavy. I can probably save it by putting on some stone caps. I need help applying mortar or something to get the top level enough so I can put on the caps. I need the guy who can help me save this job. $500 for 1 days work. The job is simply to help me prep the top of the wall for the cap installation. I've already wasted $3000 paying the first guy to do it. Please don't waste my time. If you can't do this and if you dont have the tools or knowledge to do this job then keep moving. If you are the man then hmu asap.
