Construction Rent-A-Fence, Inc. is hiring fence laborers & shop workers for its sister company: AllStar Fence Supply Starting Location: 10941 TX-107 Elsa, Texas 78543 —————————————————————— Fence Laborers will have the following expectations: 1) be able to travel for 2-3 weeks at a time (hotels are paid by company - per diem is paid to worker for each night out of town stayed) 2) work in the weather conditions 3) be able to life 40-50 lbs on a consistent basis 4) provide a tape measure and ratchet 5) transportation to and from jobsite will take place in a company vehicle. No experience necessary. All training will be on the job training. Starting pay is based on experience and goes up based on experience. Benefits available: health, dental, vision, retirement, and vacation. ————————————————————————- Shop laborers will have the following expectations: 1) pull material lists correctly 2) be able to read a tape measure 3) standard maintenance on machinery: saws, skid steers, mini excavators, etc 4) work on small tools such as core drills, drills, etc 5) travel to jobsites in a work truck as required (overnight stays can be required) 6) be on time and work possible weekends as needed Starting pay will be based on experience.
