Anyone have a spare saw blade??!! Urgent!

This tire is more stubborn than a toddler! Just 1 stud has basically immobilized us for days! My husband has tried everything cutting it off is the only thing that seems to work but he used every tiny piece of the blade and is only half done. PLEASE if anyone has one that will fit on the saw pictured we would be eternally grateful! We don't have a lot of money but we might have something to trade? Thanks in advance ☺
