Need to remove concrete debris from a lot in Clearlake CA

I need to clear up a lot from concrete debris located in Clearlake Oaks, CA. We removed an old structure from the lot some time ago. We have left a large piece of concrete that used to be foundation sitting on the floor. The length is around 15 ft long that needs to be broken down and hauled away. Besides that we need to remove the concrete debris around located over the concrete slab that you see on the pictures (what used to be the "garage" of the house, close to the highway not up the hill). We do not need to take down retaining walls or steps, only the concrete that is detached loosen per city enforcer correction letter.
