We are a property management company seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor for a garden- style property located in Lynn Haven, Florida. Candidate needs to have general maintenance knowledge, will be responsible for completing work orders (electrical, plumbing, a/c repairs, general repairs, cleaning, carpentry, etc.), preparation and turnover of vacant apartments, cosmetic upkeep of common areas and buildings, visually check fire alarm control panels and commercial water heater for any trouble, be able to work flexible schedule, and highly motivated. HVAC is required. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
