Concrete Driveway Replacement

Description

I have a driveway of that measures about 1088 SF in area. Assuming a 4" slab, we're looking at about 13.4 cubic yards. We want to have a good contractor remove the section shown, haul away the broken pieces, and replace with a new slab of concrete. I have attached a diagram, send question or quote.
