Rehoming 3.5yo Mini Poodle/Fox Terrier

Description
Bloo is the sweetest, playful boy that is truly a lover of all. He would thrive in a house with multiple people (kids and other dogs are great too!) and a yard or close proximity to a park. I've had him since he was 3 months old and he's lived in small apartments with me the whole time, so he's able to live in smaller quarters, but is definitely built for more space + play possibilities. I like to say he's 70% chill 30% wild in that he has a lot of energy and also loves to lounge around and cuddle. Our current routine looks like 3-4 shorter walks a day with 20-30min fetch in my backyard a day OR short walks with dog park 2-3x a week. He is on his best behavior when he's played fetch for at least 10min and quite the life of the party at the dog park (he's equally ball-obsessed as he is social). Doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body and not reactive at all. He's super smart and very well-trained. Knows sit, stay, speak, quiet, shake, lay down, play dead, roll over, "go to your bed", back up, and can quickly pick up others. Bloo does get attached to people and will need some initial slow-paced training with being left home alone. We navigated some separation anxiety during his first two years and I'm proud to say he's moved past it in the last year (used to cry when I left him home and now never does). I do want him to be in a household with at least two people as he thrives with more people + stimuli. I am invested in finding a good home for him and require meeting and trying it out before committing to a new home. My heart is extremely heavy rehoming him. I'm moving to New York and I know my lifestyle won't be able to give him what he needs. All my friends and family are sad to see him go and many have tried to adjust their lives to take him because he's so loved. Bloo is such a special guy and he will bring so much joy to whoever chooses to be his new family! Not asking for a rehoming fee. Random facts: - born August 2018 - half mini poodle, half wire hair fox terrier (doesn't shed, hypoallergenic) - from Gig Harbor, WA (craigslist post, adopted from family) - 22-25lbs - lived in apts on Capitol Hill whole life - big cuddlebug - allergic to chicken (had some skin and ear issues) - LOVES fetch - doesn't love the car - likes to sleep in :-)
