RESPONSIBILITIES • Advise builders, dealers, and other customers on how to properly install, adjust, and flash Glo Windows and doors • Supervise installation to ensure all windows and doors are installed properly. • Supervise and support unloading of containers full of windows and doors • Diagnose cause of improperly functioning windows and doors • Identify which parts need to be ordered and place an order with the appropriate vendors • Install and repair windows and doors • Study vendor manuals to understand the systems, components, and hardware of all products offered by Glo. • Schedule repairs, meetings, site visits, and maintenance • Maintain ownership of the repair until it is resolved, from beginning to end QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of unsupervised carpentry experience • Read Construction Drawings • Organized and detail-oriented • Capacity to manage multiple types of projects at the same time • Communication skills • Clean driving record and ability to successfully pass a DMV check • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis • Overnight travel and the possibility of remaining at a job site for multiple days • Some international travel may be required BENEFITS • Competitive Hourly Wage Based on Experience • Simple Match Retirement Plan • Paid Vacation & Holidays • Flexible Schedule Pay: DOE www.glowindows.com
