SPOTTED: Beagle in Reston neighborhood

Description

We saw a white beagle with red ears and markings wandering around the Sanibel neighborhood. He has a collar but no tags. He came up to me at first but when I let go of him to give him some water he ran off. I followed him for a long time but unfortunately was unable to get him to come back to me. I last saw him behind the Sanibel neighborhood houses in the woodsy area by the walking trail. I left some water bowls on the trail for him.
