Farrell Smyth is looking for a temporary maintenance tech for our property management division. The position is full-time beginning early June through the end of September. Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm Painting and basic handyman skills (including light plumbing and electrical) are required. Also experience and knowledge of general maintenance and construction work. Must be able to follow detailed instructions and work at a good pace moving from location to location. Applicant must have a reliable vehicle for carrying supplies, paint, and a ladder. Must have a clean driving record, be dependable, and be able to work with the public and other crew members.
