We are in need of a full time or part time worker for a paver sealing company. Ideal candidate will have experience with paver sealing, paver installation, pressure washing or soft washing but is not necessary but is very helpful and preferred. Attitude and ability to grasp instruction is as important. We plan on expanding the company this year so advancement and higher pay is definite. We are very busy and are booked thru mid June as of 4/11/2022. Starting hourly wage is $16/hr for the first 30 days then goes to $18/hr. You get paid every Friday following the previous work week. Work week is Monday thru Friday and we get in the truck at 7:30AM. If you are looking forward to a rewarding job with room to grow, this is it. Re-apply when you can answer yes to ALL. -Do you have a valid driver's license? -Do you have a working vehicle or reliable ride to work? - Can you follow instructions and do as instructed? -Can you take suggestions or constructive criticism without getting your feelings hurt? - Are you an adult or can pretend to act like one all day? - Can you leave your phone in the truck while we are working and not check it while we are working? -Can you stay off Tik Toc or other annoying apps (with volume) while IN the truck? -If you party during the week, can you pull it together and get to bed at a reasonable time and be able to show up at the truck AT 7:30AM and NOT be hungover? -Can you work 30-40 hours in one week without calling in sick for yourself or another person? Or have court? Or a broken down car? Or no ride? Or be in jail? -Do you want to make $20/hr by summer for a pretty easy and rewarding job?
